Complaint

Exchange & refund policy is applied to all the orders at Acaramia. It is valid within 30 days for international orders and 14 days for domestic orders (since the order is delivered). Client may receive the exchange for free or get a refund if the detective order fulfills our terms and conditions.

Clients’ complaints shall be considered and compared with your order (based on the contract with your signature). An online confirming form shall be sent later.

Terms and conditions

The order should be returned from the customer’s address without any damage.

Any change in conditions, quantity or quality that is not due our faults is not acceptable.

Resolutions

If a product is deemed defective due to the faults of Acaramia, the following resolutions shall be offered:

1) Reprinting at no charge to the client

2) Getting a refund.

Reprinting

Reprinting process shall begin once the client approves to reprint the order and Acaramia gets the defective products. It takes 10 days to reprint (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays) and 2 days to deliver (within HCMC) or 7 days to deliver (suburban or overseas shipping).

Notice: Overseas shipping fee shall be balanced by the client.

Refunding

Refunding is based on deposit payment and the number of defective products. Please keep the invoice to confirm.

Refund shall be given within 7-10 weekdays (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays). Other terms are based on the contract and your country (in case of you are not in Vietnam). If the client asked to be refunded in foreign currency, refund shall be charged in the same currency used for deposit. Due to foreign exchange, refund may be more or less than the client’s payment.

How to get the refund?

It is done online. Please take the following steps: 1) Printing complaint and confirming by signature; 2) Checking the order and returning it in entirety with the complaint inside.

New order can be placed 24/24 via our online customer service.

Note: For home delivery, the order will be collected at the receiver’s address. For international order or suburban order, we are not responsible for damages due to shippers’ faults.

Returned products

The product shall be returned in the same way of delivery.

It is valid within 30 days for international orders and 14 days for domestic orders (since the order is delivered).

Please use the free service exclusive for return and refund offered by Acaramia and make sure that the returning is confirmed by Acaramia.

Cancellation and Refund

Full refunds will be granted in the same form of payment if the design process has not begun. Once the design process has begun, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Once final print approval is given, no cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be given.

In certain cases, before final print approval is given, we shall cancel the order or change some information due to clients’ requests. Please inform us via hotline or email as soon as the order is approved.

In case of cancellation, deposit payment for printing will be returned but payment for designing will not.

Please notice that changes in the order may cause changes in delivery time.

Cancellation

Please confirm the cancellation via email: contact@acaramia.com as soon as you can, mentioning details of the order and delivery date.

For clients in HCMC, it is not necessary to use our form of cancellation. Instead, the client can contact us at our studio. For clients in other areas, please follow the steps indicated in our form.
